Network Blackout Exposes Corrupt Media

“We are looking right down the barrel of the greatest government crisis since the Civil War, with charges – like handing over our uranium mining capacity to the Russians – that could possibly reach the height of treason itself.

And no coverage.”

While most of America was transfixed by Game 7 of that World Series, the Fox News Channel was doggedly pursuing a new story: The FBI’s probe into pay-for-play schemes at the Clinton Foundation and the State Department has been far more expansive than anyone reported so far and has been going on for more than a year. FBI sources even warned there could be indictments down the road.

01-21-13-g-06a1Then The Wall Street Journal broke another new story online that “Secret recordings of a suspect talking about the Clinton Foundation fueled an internal battle between FBI agents who wanted to pursue the case and corruption prosecutors who viewed the statements as worthless hearsay.” Senior officials wanted to tell FBI agents to “stand down” from a Clinton Foundation probe.

Two nuclear explosions in one night. Reaction from the news media? Crickets.

The stench of corruption…

Germany’s €Trillion Euro Disaster: Wind Power ‘Transition’ Destroys its Industrial Heartland

Ironically, paradoxically and hypocritically, ideologically agressive “Green” Gemany is undergoing the biggest coal-fired power expansion in her history.

Cheap, reliable, efficient, hydrocarbon based energy apparently matters after spending ONE TRILLION EUROS on useless, costly, intermittent “unreliables” – wind and solar power.

And after all those billions upon billions of other people’s money, no politician or wind-zealot can answer the most pivotal (‘Bolt’) question: “by how much will these trillion dollar measures lower the temperature of the planet?”

europe power prices 2

STT has a ‘thing’ for the English language.

In the hands of adept practitioners, our mother tongue is capable of conveying all manner of complex concepts and ideas, and doing so with verve and wit.  However, in the hands of the well-paid spin doctors and useful political idiots that run with, and run cover for, the wind industry, the English lexicon has been forced to suffer all manner of outrageous torments and abuses.

One such victim is the word “transition” and its derivatives.  Politicians of all hues appear to throw that word around with gay abandon, whenever talking about their efforts to foist a heavily subsidised wind powered ‘future’ on their hapless constituents.

As South Australia’s power pricing and supply calamity unfolds, we are repeatedly told by State and Federal politicians alike that this is all part and parcel of “transitioning” to an all renewable powered future.

However, the question…

Idiots: Green party blames #WorldSeries rain delay on ‘global warming’

Have to reblog this to show exactly who the opposition is – The eco-brainwashed who support the hyped, fashionable, virtuous “Global Warming” eco-scare. Yes that means you.

Watts Up With That?

From the “say anything even though it makes us look like idiots” department.

Yes, there was a brief rain delay during Game 7 of the World Series … just long enough for the Green Party to blame global warming. Seriously, the science wizards behind the party’s Twitter account asserted that it “should” be snowing in Cleveland on November 3. It’s November, it’s Cleveland … it’s called science, people.

The tweet has since been deleted, but thankfully, the Internet never forgets:

Umm, I was watching that rainstorm last night, and made screencaps of the brief shower before and after it passed

I wrote on my Facebook account:

have a short window of opportunity for the 9th inning

“the storm is moving northeast it looks…

NASA’s Fake Video

Climate activist Gavin Schmidt’s NASA deceiving the public to push the “global warming” agenda – shock news.

By Paul Homewood

From the Telegraph:

One significant change in the Arctic region in recent years has been the rapid decline in perennial sea ice. Perennial sea ice, also known as multi-year ice, is the portion of the sea ice that survives the summer melt season. Perennial ice may have a life-span of nine years or more and represents the thickest component of the sea ice; perennial ice can grow up to 4 meters thick.

NASA have been up to their tricks again. (Click on the Telegraph to watch the video)

The first con is that, although the video runs monthly progressions since 1984, it finishes in September 2016. Subliminally, you will have seen much larger extents of ice rolling through earlier years, simply because you are looking at winter and other months when extent is much greater anyway. Then, when the video stops at the end, you see…

Willis and I are presenting at AGU’s fall meeting – assistance requested from WUWT readers

Anthony and Willis!
Funds forwarded.
To be spent on beer and tequila after you raise followers, as opposed to eyebrows, for the sceptical position 😉
Good luck you two and thank you.

Watts Up With That?

The 2016 AGU Fall Meeting is coming up in December. With nearly 24,000 attendees, AGU Fall Meeting is the largest Earth and space science meeting in the world. I hope to attend so that I can cover what is being presented in the world of climate science, while keeping tabs on the antics of people like Michael Mann, John Cook, Peter Gleick, and some of the other players. As some people may or may not know, I am a full member of the American Geophysical Union (AGU) in good standing. For the last three years when I attended, I produced several reports and videos in 2013, 2014,and 2015 plus many, many, live Twitter entries that kept tabs on the politics and the science. This year I hope to do the same. But this year, I’m going to be more than that – Willis and I will be the only climate skeptics invited to…
