Resurging Arctic Ice March 1

97% of all Climate experts and global warming sympathetic MSM media told us the exact opposite should be occurring.

The Arctic ice scam – yet another dud prediction.

Science Matters

It’s official–This leap year February is complete and we can now look at the annual Arctic Ice Extent situation at day 60 with two months in the books.

The Resurgence of Arctic ice is continuing in MASIE, the most accurate dataset, but in SII, the remote sensing dataset, not so much.

The MASIE graph shows an extent matching the ten-year average. At 15.02 M km2, 2016 exceeds 2015 annual maximum of 14.91 recorded on day 62, and this year’s peak ice may well go higher.

This table shows comparisons between MASIE and SII

It is readily shown that SII is severely underestimating this year’s growth of ice compared both to SII 2015 and to MASIE. A monthly differential of nearly 600k km2 has opened up due to…

Climate Models are NOT Simulating Earth’s Climate – Part 4

Shock news.

Watts Up With That?

Guest Post by Bob Tisdale

Alternate Title: Climate Models Undermine the Hypothesis of Human-Induced Global Warming

According to the hypothesis of human-induced global warming, manmade greenhouse gases create an energy imbalance at the top of the Earth’s atmosphere, which causes the Earth to retain heat. One of the hypothetical results of that retained heat is global surface warming. The opening sentence of the abstract of Trenberth et al. (2014) Earth’s Energy Imbalance confirms that statement. It reads:

Climate change from increased greenhouse gases arises from a global energy imbalance at the top of the atmosphere (TOA).

Another hypothetical result of the energy imbalance at the top of the atmosphere is the accumulation of heat in the oceans. In the post Climate Models are NOT Simulating Earth’s Climate – Part 3, we presented the top-of-the-atmosphere energy imbalance of the climate models stored in the Climate Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5…

Ex-IPCC head Pachauri charged with sex assaults

Australian Climate Madness

Danger… to women, that is Danger… to women, that is

Here at ACM we always thought Rajendra Pachauri was a wrong-un, especially with his bizarre and creepy penchant for writing steamy novels.

Looks like he moved from writing about it to doing it, whether the lady in question wanted it or not.

Indian police said Tuesday they had charged the former head of the UN climate change panel Rajendra Pachauri with sexual harassment, following a complaint by an ex-colleague at an environmental think-tank.

Police brought the charges against Pachauri in a Delhi trial court, more than a year after a female employee in her late twenties filed a complaint accusing him of sending inappropriate texts and emails.

“We have filed the charge sheet today and the court will decide when to begin the hearing,” investigating officer Virender Dalal told AFP.

Police have charged Pachauri, 75, with four counts including sexual assault, harassment and criminal…
