Nuuk, Greenland Having Its Coldest Year On Record

Real Science

Temperatures in the capital of Greenland have been the coldest on record, and they are still buried in snow. Temperatures have plummeted over the past decade.

Normally by this date, around 20% of Greenland is melting. This year the area of melt is less than 2% – the latest start to a melt season on record.

Greenland has gained half a trillion tons of snow and ice since September. This all has to melt in the air or flow into the sea and melt – in order to keep equilibrium of the ice sheet.

Look for climate experts to take pictures of glaciers calving into the ocean, and claim that it is an indication that Greenland is melting down. Because they are crooks, not scientists.

The Hiatus Shell Game

Real Science

Climate science has devolved to an angels dancing on the heads of pins discussion, with NOAA trying to claim now that their never was a hiatus.  It is a meaningless and idiotic propaganda point. The important fact is that temperatures are far below climate model forecasts, and they are attempting to distract from that discussion.

Climate Science Reaches A Tipping Point

Real Science

Ahead of the Paris meeting, government climate scientists are now telling 100% lies, 100% of the time.

NASA/NOAA surface temperature data is massively diverging from more accurate satellite data.

Gavin complains about how bad the surface data is:

We do not have direct measurements of the global mean anomaly, rather we have a large database of raw measurements at individual locations over a long period of time, but with an uneven spatial distribution, many missing data points, and a large number of non-climatic biases varying in time and space.

RealClimate: NOAA temperature record updates and the ‘hiatus’

So instead of correcting the surface data to match the more accurate satellite temperatures, government climate scientists are doing the exact opposite and altering the data to make it even worse.
